Preschool Enrollment
Read & Review
To begin the enrollment process, parents should read and review the information on the website about Excel including costs and enrollment procedures.
Initial Contact
After reading the information, parents should call to set up an appointment for an interview. At least one parent and the prospective student must come for the interview, at which time an enrollment application can be submitted. The interview will give the principal the opportunity to explain the philosophy, goals, and guidelines of ECA and also to answer any questions the parents may have.
Registration
If the student is accepted, all enrollment forms must be completed, all enrollment fees must be paid, and all records must be turned in to the office to finalize the registration process. After completing registration you will receive an email with a code you will use to set up your online account (Praxi). You will then receive an invoice with your fees to be paid. Reach out to us via email if you need help with this.

2025/2026 Tuition and Fees
Registration Fee (Non-refundable)
$100 for current students who register by May 22nd.
$150 for new families or those registering after May 22nd
$200 after August 1

Dunlap CUSD #323 full-time administration and teachers - 20% tuition discount
Millitary & Law Enforcement – 10% tuition discount

Tuition Assistance:
It is the priority of Excel Christian Academy to keep tuition affordable, and we wish for no student to be turned away due to financial limitations. Tuition assistance is available. Please contact the office for further information.
Uniforms:
ECA uniforms are required for preschool through 12th grade and can be purchased through Land's End - search by school name on their website. For preschool they must wear an ECA shirt, but can wear any bottoms that are in school dress code. ECA shirts can include any of our Land's End products or any of our spirit wear items. For the Land's End uniform shirts, you can also purchase solid polo shirts, cardigans, etc. from other stores that may be less expensive. However these items have to be the same uniform style and colors as those on our Land's End site. You will also need to have the school logo added to all shirts, sweater, etc. To have the logo added to a shirt not from Land's End reach out to Screen Graphics 309-699-8513. The cost is $10/per item for 1-11 items. $8/per item for more than 12 pieces. A second option is Jodi Bobchik at [email protected]. She charges $10 per item or $45 for 5 items. Students are also allowed to wear tops from the ECA spirit store. The link to that can be found under the "more" tab of this website and also at the top of the ECA Facebook page. If students do not wear uniforms, they still abide by the dress code for preschool outlined in our student handbook.
Beforecare and Aftercare for ECA students
Before care, 7:30am drop-off, is offered for $60 per month.
Monday - Friday aftercare is available for Excel students at the following discounted rates:
$85 per month - Pickup by 3:15pm*
$125 per month - Pickup by 4:30pm
$155 per month - Pickup by 5:15pm
*Pick-up by 4:15 for students using the school district discount*
Early Childhood
Excel Academy offers both full-day or half-day options for our Early Childhood grades. You can choose how many days and what days you want to register. Below are the fees for each.

Backpack big enough to fit a folder without bending the folder
Leak proof/spill proof water bottle (we prefer the flip top)
Complete change of clothes in a zip lock bag to be left at school in case of accidents
Blanket and pillow for full day students
