K5-12th Grade ENROLLMENT
Read & Review
To begin the enrollment process, parents should read and review the information on the website about Excel including costs and enrollment procedures.
Initial Contact
After reading the information, parents should call to set up an appointment for an interview. At least one parent and the prospective student must come for the interview, at which time an enrollment application can be submitted. The interview will give the principal the opportunity to explain the philosophy, goals, and guidelines of ECA and also to answer any questions the parents may have.
Medical Exams
We request students going into kindergarten have physical examinations and an eye & hearing exam turned into the school by September 1.
We request all students submit a copy of their last general physical exam.
Registration
If the student is accepted, all enrollment forms must be completed, all enrollment fees must be paid, and all records must be turned in to the office to finalize the registration process. After completing registration you will receive an email with a code you will use to set up your online account (Praxi). You will then receive an invoice with your fees to be paid.
